Who is responsible

What is stored on your device

These use your browser's local storage. They never leave your phone or computer, and we cannot read them.

• · Your best game score — so it survives a refresh.
• · Date of your last visit — so the site can say hello if you have been away.
• · Which posts you have seen — for the “new post” badge.
• · Whether you dismissed the install prompt — so it does not nag you twice.

Clearing your browser data removes all of it. Nothing is lost that matters.

Voice recordings (the mirror)

If you record a hum for the mirror, three things are stored: the audio file itself, the name you type, and one sentence about yourself if you write one. The audio is kept on our storage (Amazon S3, Frankfurt) and is played back on this page.

Your name and sentence appear publicly only after we approve them by hand. The recording is audible on the page as soon as it is sent. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train anything.

Your browser also keeps a private key so that only you can open the mirror your voice is in. It never identifies you to anyone else.

To have a recording deleted, write to kontakt@kupmax.pl — say roughly when you recorded it and it will be removed, together with the name and sentence.

Films and pictures you send

If you send a film or a picture, it is stored the same way: the file itself, the name you type and the words you add. Nothing appears on the page until we have looked at it by hand.

Send only what is yours to share, and nothing that shows other people without their agreement. To have something removed, write to kontakt@kupmax.pl.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies — no analytics, no advertising, no third-party pixels. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) to deliver pages and block attacks. This is normal for any website and is required for it to work at all. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Notifications

If you add BOSSXD to your home screen, your browser may offer notifications about new posts. They are off unless you turn them on, and you can switch them off at any time in your device settings.

If you write to us

An email to kontakt@kupmax.pl stays in our mailbox so we can answer you. We do not add you to any list and we do not pass it on to anyone.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Since we hold no account data, in practice this only concerns emails you sent us. Write to kontakt@kupmax.pl. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

Children

The site is open to everyone, but the texts are written for adults. The game contains cartoon fighting and names conditions such as alcohol dependence. It is not intended for young children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Nothing is altered retroactively.
