What you can do

• · Ask anything about what is written here — salt, breath, sleep, food, giving something up.
• · Answer someone else from your own experience.
• · Disagree with me. I am not a doctor and I get things wrong.
• · Use any nick you like. No account, no email.

What gets removed

• · Telling somebody to stop taking their medication. Never, under any wording.
• · Insults, threats, hunting someone down.
• · Advertising, spam, links to your shop.
• · Somebody else's private details — name, address, phone, photos.
• · Anything illegal in Poland.

Removed means hidden, not deleted from existence. No warnings, no discussion.

What you write is public

Anyone can read it, including search engines. There is no account, so there is no way to prove a question was yours later — write with that in mind and do not put anything here you would not want read aloud.

The instant answer

The answer that appears straight away is assembled from the lessons on this site. It does not think and it does not know your situation — it only points at what is already written. A real person can add theirs afterwards.
